The first Children’s Eco-Arts Fest at Crystal Waters is delighted to be part of the Sunshine Coast Council’s inaugural Horizon Festival.

There will be a wonderful range of activities for children to play with art in nature.  Crystal Waters is an award-winning permaculture village in Conondale - a perfect family-friendly place for finding creative inspiration from nature.

All morning from 9am - 12pm, a special mini-festival site will be set up next to the market. Local artists will be working with children throughout the morning. Children will have the chance to weave, paint, draw, sew, construct with a beautiful array of natural materials.

Join in children’s weaving circle, learn how to weave with natural fibres and create a shared sculpture. Children can also enter into the Children’s Nature Photography Exhibition that will be on display at the market.

Entry is free and activities are free. Parents are welcome to join in, or enjoy the market and great coffee.
