Enjoy a long table lunch hosted by descendant Ethel Burgess and custodian Ron Gillinder where they will share their stories of state heritage listed Bankfoot House, the oldest surviving building in the glasshouse mountains.
In Living Book style, Ethel and Ron will share memories, recount experiences and take us back to the days when the Cobb and Co coach would call in to Bankfoot House in its way to Gympie.
This is a very special opportunity to gain personal insight in to the Grigor, Burgess and Ferris families who lived in Bankfoot House since it was established in 1868.
Join the long table lunch from 12pm - 2pm on Saturday 2 September.
Note: $30 tickets include long table lunch.
