Buckle up — OK Motels is venturing north, from Melbourne, for a raucously wholesome time!

For those unfamiliar, OK Motels by Kate Berry is a concept that brings live music, art, and soon-to-be-friends to country town communities — temporarily transforming streets, pubs, bowls clubs, public pools, and motels into welcoming spaces for all. It’s about uniting unlikely characters (locals and visitors) through the common bond of mateship.

After a series of sold-out events in country towns in across Victoria — featuring the likes of Amyl and the Sniffers, Tropical F%#k Storm, Julia Jacklin, Floodlights, Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever and The Murlocs — OK Motels is heading for warmer waters, bringing a stacked lineup of artists and community-fun activities to the Sunshine Coast.

One of the weekend’s highlights is the Ok Kenilworth Diner & Show at Kenilworth Community Hall! Gather around the table for a sit-down dinner, swap stories with your new best friends and then settle in for a raucously wholesome show, featuring a stacked line-up of local and not-so-local acts.

Marina Allen joins us in Kenilworth all the way from the USA, alongside some of South-East Queensland's best live performers — including Betty Taylor, the bone rattling Radium Dolls, and the transcendental Nice Biscuit. Who doesn't love dinner and a show!
