On the opening weekend of the festival, meet Experimenta curator-at-large Lubi Thomas, who will talk through the underpinning idea of radical hope, which connects the three art x tech works curated by Experimenta – providing the nuanced context and history behind each of the works, and how they each provoke audiences to transcend societal limitations and barriers, actively imagining something better.

In addition, the Horizon team will unpack the ideas, development, and conversations behind the Festival Precinct Urban Gallery as a whole.

On the closing weekend, meet Sunshine Coast based artists, who will also share more about their responses to the provocation of radical hope and how they developed brand new works for these public places.
